Dr. Gong was pleasant and straightforward; alot better than I anticipated after reading past reviews.

She is an absolute nightmare. She obviously does not belong in the medical field, she has a fixation on ONE problem, and disregarded my previous Doctor, that BTW is world class, and would not even read nis notes. This Doctor has saved my life, and there is no way that I will let a simple NOBODY, A SELF PROCLAIMED Doctor that has a God complex play with my health after it took years to establish a medicine regimen that works. She will never see me again, and everyone, go to her at your own risk. I do not wish her on my worst enemy. If she is too busy to listen to me, or any of her patients, she needs a new job. In the 5 minutes before I fired her, she told me to shut up 15 times. I guess I am spoiled going to the UOC and having the privilege to see real Doctors.

The absolute worst provider I have ever seen. Laughed at symptoms and said to just relax and everything would be better. Did not listen to anything I said and when she spoke to me she was very hard to understand. Awful.

She's very sweet, but I feel she doesn't listen to what I'm saying.

I think she thought she was being sympathetic...the truth is, she doesn't have any idea how to speak to people. She has a degree....so do I. I have extreme claustrophobia....IF she cared about my well being she should have questioned. I needed an MRI, she took one look at me...rubbed my arm, patronizing me saying..."because of your size, no wonder you're claustrophobic'". She caught me off guard, I wasn't expecting to be spoken to in that manner at the hospital. I've a stroke, I have a chronic condition...I guess a little compassion would've been expecting too much?!

put me in the hospital 4 days for treatment of a non existent blood clot after a CT of my head was read incorrectly. My hematologist and radiologist confirmed this mistake by reading the original test results after all tests after I was admitted showed nothing. Even after the mistake was pointed out to her by my other doctor and the radiologist at the hospital, she still persisted in standing by her original diagnosis. Use at your own risk.

Seems to be a slight language barrier. I am living with intolerable pain. Instead of diagnosing and fixing what is wrong she wants to load me up with drugs that are not helping. Then set a followup appointment two weeks later. The pain is horrible. Effects my work, my sleep, and my marriage. She does not seem to understand how bad it is when I describe what is going on. Lots of smiles and head nods.
