Dr. Chao Annie Yuan, MD

OMG...beware of this doctor ...Chao Yuan is a fraud and abused insurance company. She works for a medical group called CEP America California and they are affiliated with Marin General Hospital and 2 other hospitals ( I believe in San Jose and Santa Cruz). Here is my story: My daughter had a fracture wrist and landed in Marin General Hospital ER. She received great care at the ER. I made sure I took careful notes from the moment I check in until I left the hospital (names, what they do, and how well they do their jobs) I used to work at the hospital and wanted to help the hospital improve their service. I vividly recalled doctor Chao Yuan looked at my daughter x-ray for less than 5 sec. and walked over to tell me what the another doctor had already told me...a fracture wrist. At first I thought she was my daughter doctor so I didn't questions her why she is looking at the X-ray or seeing my daughter. After she told me what I already know, she left and I never see her again.… All this occurred within 1 min. An hour later another doctor showed up (Dr. Jonathan Golf) to take care the fracture. 2 months later I received a bill from CEP America California for doctor Chao Yuan "caring" for my daughter at the hospital for $734. My insurance paid them $485.41 as part of in-network price and my co-pay is $53.94. I'm shock by the insurance abused by doctor Chao Yuan which than caused insurance companies to over employers and employees for their premium.
