Multiple instances where they schedule appointments and then the appointments are non existant! Very unprofessional staff. Ive seen many arguments with patients and the staff. Fire them and hire better workers they are definitely slackers which is mot welcome in the medical field.

I never met the doctor but I will rate the customer service staff. I was put on hold for a total of 45 minutes. The first time she answered the phone she asked me to hold. After 20 minutes she came back and I asked for a new patient appointment. She told me that she will get this going and put me on hold again. After 40 minutes she picked the call up then hung up. I called again but she put me on hold again. I'm sorry despite Dr. Sandhu's good patient reviews posted here, I won't stand for this inept staff to handle my health affairs. Sorry Dr. Sandhu I hope you do something with your staff's call handling manners.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sandhu for several years. He has diagnosed all my medical problems correctly and then promptly referred me to a specialist. He is very professional, but makes one feel perfectly at ease. A wonderful doctor.

Dr. Sanduh is a master at diagnosing a problem. He keeps a close eye on is patients, he continually looks for his patients i.e. blood test etc. Recently, Dr. Sanduh had suspicions regarding my disabled son's blood test results. He ordered a repeat test and requested we have a scan and bi-opsy done on my son's Thyroid. If it had not been for Dr. Sanduh my son's Thyroid cancer would have gone untreated. I thank the Lord above for Dr. Sanduh's professionalism and accuracy in diagnosing my son's medical problem. Dr. Sanduh cares for his patients and goes way beyond what a run of the mill doctor would do, he is to the point and does not play games with his patients. I highly respect this man.

Yes, I would recommnd this dr for the elderly....He really cares for the "old folks" He takes a personnel interest in my fathers concerns...My Dad had been with Dr. Sandhu for over 20 years
