I rely so much on reviews to find a good doc that thought I could help others find a good one. I ended up with Dr. Cruz by chance as I needed to see a doc fast and she was the only one with an opening and I’m so glad I did. She really listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. There was a bit of a wait time but that was not on her. In the end I didn’t mind waiting because I was so pleased with her. Highly recommend!!!

I had been having many health issues, and wasn't finding answers. I had seen multiple specialists that ignored me. She ordered more tests than my hematologist thought to order. Long story short I had CIN2/3. Yes the wait time was a bit long at times,but she potentially saved my life.

As a first time patient, I went to this doctor's office. I had a 10:15 appointment and got there at 10 will all my paperwork completed from home. After waiting for almost an hour, and almost everyone that came after me had been seen, I went to check with the nurse to find out what the delay was, they told me it would be a few minutes. Later, a nurse came to announce that Dr. Cruz was running 45 minutes behind, that's not true as I had been waiting for an hour by this time. I went up again to let them know I was leaving and would reschedule, the nurse then said I should wait as I was next in line. After I had waited for additional 30 minutes, the nurse called me up and said it would be longer and that Dr. Cruz is still running late, I could either reschedule or she could see if there was another doctor to see me. I asked exactly what the delay was, then she said, Dr. Cruz is the only doctor we have that is always running late, then this nurse and the two other nurses burst into… laughter. At that moment, I knew that was my cue to leave and find a new doctor. Save yourself the stress and avoid this doctor.

She wanted to do a biopsy. I had none of the symptoms and did seek a second opinion. She was wrong! Be careful

The woman I don't consider her a doctor. It took her 5 months to get me scheduled for surgery after another Dr discovered a 3 cm cyst on my left ovary. It's now a 6.5. And her comment was "it's probably not cancerous ". It's now 6.5 cm. She called me the day before surgery she had to be at the airport for a flight at 12 noon and she was afraid she wasn't going to be there on time. I said no cause I had gone off my blood thinners and started on heparin shots. My stomach is so sore. Just stopped shots. Day before surgery I sent her a text about what meds to take or not to take and no one got a hold of me so I didn't take any meds. My blood pressure was up and she was at the airport on time cause surgery was cancelled as they were ready to wheel me into surgery. She's not a doctor in my opinion. She doesn't care I'm in pain. She got her flight out. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!. Doesn't know what she is doing. Now I 've got a doctor that has everything lined up labs that… needs done ,meds that I need to take before and after surgery.
