Dr. Charity Osias Santiago, MD

First of all, she walks in the office and lectures my husband like a child because he wasn’t sitting in the right chair while holding our baby. Then she interrupted me the entire time when explaining my daughters symptoms. I told her i believed she had an ear infection because this happened a few months back and that’s what it was. She stops what she’s doing and looks in her ears and told us it was an ear infection. She then proceeds to tell my husband and I that it was our fault she has an ear infection and is in pain. No sugar coating it, just flat out “this is your fault she’s in pain.” EXCUSE ME?! Then she told me I neglected my child by not giving her allergy medication daily and if I had, this would not have occurred. You are a doctor, you get to help my child get better. No doctor has ever told us to give her allergy medication daily, otherwise we wouldt have! The rudest doctor I’ve ever seen, especially a pediatric doctor.

We love Dr. Santiago, but the wait time is ridiculous. Usually 15-20 minutes in waiting room and then another 20 or more in exam room. Why bother to schedule an appointment?

I really like Dr Santiago. She is friendly, and really cares about her patients. Most of the staff is very nice, there's only one girl who is very rude. She obviously heard my last name wrong, but she insisted that I told her the wrong name! Why would I do that? I'm pretty sure I know my own last name!!!

I arrived to her old office after many dissapointments with other pediatricians in town. She was courteous since the beginning, she cared about my kids, took the time to learn my and their names and not make us feel a number, make the time to make my kids feel confortable, asked me for synthoms in detail, gave me a acurate diagnose and explained every situation about the disease, so we can prevent the attacks and know what to do. Very educational, as every ped should be.My daughter was affraid of the inhaler, so i called the office and 15 mins later could have a chat with the dr about what to do, how to change the med, etc. I was really amazed about it... 4 years later the office is bigger, they have thousand more patients, but we still receive the same great attention and care. The well checks are really deep, they even discovered my oldest sight problems, and youngest risk of anemia. It's not only a couple of questions, a scale, a ruller and some shots as I used to have in other… offices.Definitely, a dr. to recommend. Proud of being her patients.
