Go anywhere else! I am extremely upset and disappointed by our experience with this practice. The people answering the phones were rude and sounded completely unprepared to handle basic questions with confidence or knowledge. My spouse and I followed Dr. Armstrong to this practice because he used to be a good doctor, but that is no longer the experience we had. At the appointment, he spent less than five minutes in the room and did not check my heart rate or breathing, which should have been a basic part of the exam I was charged for. When I asked whether my records had been received, he could not even answer the question. He said some office person might know about it, even though the records had been provided four days before the appointment for this appointment. We were then forced to complete additional blood work even though the current records were right in front of him and less a week old. It felt completely unnecessary and left us with serious concerns that more testing was… being pushed simply so the visit could be billed at a higher rate. This is exactly why people are turning to concierge medicine. No patient should feel rushed, dismissed, ignored, or treated like billing matters more than care. We absolutely will NEVER recommend this practice. If this review helps even one person avoid the same experience, then it was worth writing. Please consider going anywhere else, you deserve better.
