The staff was very nice. The wait was minimal. I had everything written down because I get nervous and forget things and he listened. I left feeilng very relieved that i had an answer.

The best. I have been using him and referring my patients to him for the last 20 years. Phenomenal physician with an amazing bed side manor. Dale and his office staff are professional, caring and a delight to speak with.

I had an appointment for 1:00 and watched several patients go in ahead of me. I assumed they had earlier appointments but at 2:10 when they came out I asked what time their appointment were. One woman said 1:15 and the other said 1:30. When I approached the receptionist she said "sorry" for taking others before me. I will be getting a new dermatologist that takes appointments on a timely basis.

I am very pleased with Dr. Bernstein professionalism. He is very knowledgeable. I brought my daughter to him, and he was able to help us every time with different problems. The last time my daughter had a problem that, I thought, was not directly related to dermatology. However, after seeing multiple doctors I brought her to Dr. Bernstein who was the most helpful. He always spend his time explaining the disease and all possible treatment options. I am very happy that I found him.

Very knowledgable and professional. He took his time and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed during my appointment. I would highly recommend this doctor. It is difficult to get an appointment because he has a really good reputation but he is worth the wait!

Can be hard to get an initial appointment because of his popularity. Have gone to him for more than 20 years and have always been extremely pleased with the level of care received. Am currently living in another state and he is the only doctor that I travel more than 40 miles to see. Staff is professional and very pleasant to deal with.

His receptionist is VERY rude and so is he. The wait time for an appt is unreal..you can wait months! and the wait in the waiting room is ridiculous.

Dr. Bernstein diagnosed a very serious condition that other doctors missed. He was available to discuss any questions I had and referred me immediately to a specialist in my condition.
