You have to climb a lot of steps and walk outside up a giant ramp to get to the office. My first time I had to wait 3 hours and was very uncomfortable. They acted like this was okay since I was a new patient-no! They had a girl with a visual problem give me my eye exam and the prescription was way off. This could have been a $200 mistake! I had had a stroke or certain visual loss, but Dr Bogie said he could not see anything wrong! They do not use reversal drops and I could not see after my exam/dialation for over five hours. They will not return calls and love to argue. I think they just run people through like a mill.

Botched 2 cataract surgeries on same eye. Second surgery caused a hole in the macula to form. Has had to undergo 3rd surgery to try to close hole. Still may have limited vision. Poor doctor and staff.

I had a really scary issue with my vision. I know he could have rushed in and out, but he sat and explained it to me and answered all of my questions. I came in really freaked out, but left feeling much better. I don't know why I ever saw an optometrist in the first place. Ophthalmologist all the way now.

waited 2 1/2 hours before being seen. The NURSE sent in a NEW prescription to medico before I ever met the doctor. Since when can a nurse do this? The doctor decided that I didnt need that prescription. Medco still sent me that medication! $140 that I had to eat. Medco wont take it back and the doctor said it's not his fault.
