Dr. Charles Boyre Brentnall, MD

Dr. Brentnall saw me in his office, addressed my concerns and did the procedure, effortlessly. My appointment times were set and the office staff were friendly. He was very knowledgeable about what he needed to do for me as a patient. I've used him for over 30 years. I think that speaks volumes as to his character as a Dr. and the Dr/Patient relationship. He definitely was top notch and I'm glad that he shows his patients the care they deserve and treated me exceptionally. I've recommended him to my family and friends!

Just find you another doctor before going to this doctor. I was there about my allergies and he only check my ear and throat no skin test. Dont waste your time he really need to retire. I visit him in the anniston office.

Went to this dr for chronic allergies and he recommended surgery, which a 2nd opinion said was not necessary, and then he infected my sinuses with an contaminated instrument. I suffered with this 6-8 months before getting over the infection completely. It was so resistant to the antibiotics. I will never go back

When i moved out of town, Dr. Brentnall and his staff made it easy to continue my meds by sending them to me in the mail. Wonderful treatment and patient courtesy.

I went to this doctor for allergies. The first visit he spent 2/3 of the visit discussing allergies and what mine MIGHT be and that a skin test was needed. The rest of the visit was discussing my acne. The next visit I was told was to do an allergy skin test. I show up at the next appointment expecting to get a skin test done. The whole visit was about my acne and what procedures he wants to do for my acne. When I asked about the skin test I was told it was not this week and no one knew I was supposed to get a skin test done. I was told that he will do one next visit, in three weeks. So I go back in three weeks to get, what I thought is a skin test done, nope. It was all about my acne and he is going to ask my insurance company about approving a chemical peel. He was excited because the insurance I have will pay for it no problem. I ask again, aren't I supposed to get a skin test done. Still no one knows I am supposed to get a skin test done. I am told they will do it the… following week. I feel like I have been jerked around. It seems he is more worried about my acne than my allergies and when I ask about my allergies, it is brushed to the side. I am sure he is a very smart doctor and knows what he is doing, but he is not the doctor for me.
