I received the best care from Dr. Brown and his staff. I went in for surgery and had no issues. He also has fair prices.

Does not honor Medicare and you cannot get reimbursed if you have Dental through your plan. They do not tell you before they stick it to you! Unethical and over priced!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for over 20 years. I moved to Kingwood and still travel to pasadena in order to go to this office. Best Dentist and Best staff. I have had the best service there with no complaints in over 20 years!!

The worst experience of my life! I went to him to try and save money received 4 implants. He should have had the decency to tell me I was a candidate for only two,and need a oral surgeon for the other two implants He also uses cheap materials. Titanium Bone etc .One of the implants fractured because of his drill which he admitted. He suggested we take two implants out. Finally putting only 1 back.The doctor is a liar.Telling me go get a partial denture now.I should sue him. The moral of my story is I wanted to save money and ended up spending twice as much If you want a good job .Don't shop in Pasadena,Tx.

Great experience. The other two dentists I saw wanted to pull most of my teeth. Dr Brown has been able to save them now for 12 years.

I received the absolute worst care from Dr. Brown. Especially from a medical professional, you leave your care in their hands. I went to him for about 8 years having periodontal diseased. I had most difficulty with cleaning the upper right quadrant. When I went to a new dentist, he took one look and asked why Dr. Brown had allowed the problem to persist by keeping my wisdom tooth which was causing the problem. The effect of having prolong this problem caused bone loss not only where the wisdom tooth was but the two adjacent molars. I have since had to the wisdom and one molar pulled. The other molar is causing my trouble and it will also have to be pulled. The bone loss is too great for an implant. this could have all been prevented if Dr. Brown would have pulled the wisdom tooth in the beginning. However he wouldn't have been able to bill me for all those scaling without it. I'm looking at expensive bridge work and well as decline in facial structures by all the missing teeth, which… could have been prevented. When my dentist call Dr. Brown because I didn't know who to believe, Dr. Brown told him that he was "watching" the bone loss.
