Dr Charles Bruce-Tagoe, MD

Dr. Tagoe is an AMAZING doctor! I have never in my 43 years been to a doctor who has so much compassion and care for his patients! You can see the sincerity in his eyes to be candid! There aren't enough good adjectives in the dictionary to describe his style! I can go on and on about him...if you need a pcp, look no further, and you may have to wait a while for an appointment considering the above info, but he is DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! <3<3

I am considering changing dr. even though I like him. The staff are very rude and have no sense of serving patients. I wish he move out of this group. I have bad experience at the Stratford office.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here about the doctor and staff, I absolutely love Dr. Tagoe he is caring and has a great sense of humor and I have never experienced the staff being rude not with me anyway.

Dr Bruce -Tagoe shows concern about his patients and really listens to them, he respects nurses and values all he can learn thru discussion with the patients. When he deals with my mom, he really listens to what her concerns are Definitely a caring doctor, not all science and tests!

The Dr. is good, the office staff is not.

The service sucks there I on blood thinners I called the doc office for a refill they said they had no notes in my file of the blood thinners I was on my follow up visit was a week ago the nurses there are clueless I'm finding a new doc now one reception / nurse favorite words are there's nothing she can do awful I'm done thanks to the nurse who hung up on me

Waited over an hour and a half for him to come in the room. When he finally arrived he came in making unprofessional and rude jokes. I didn't like his approach and his front desk girls were rude and had no idea on how to handle patient records. Would not recommend

Really, how hard is it to approve a RX refill? Impossible apparently. I have been promised for two days that my hypertension RX was waiting for the dr to approve. Now their answering service won't forward my message. Maybe I need to have a stroke.

this doctor is Lyme illiterate He is rude and his diagnosis was so wrong I was taking medicine that was making my condition worse when I called him to ask advice after being treated at the local ER he told me he's a very busy doctor and he doesn't have time to deal with patients who don't have a scheduled appointment emergency or not.
