Dr. Charles Vaughan Bulfinch, DO

This "doctor" over prescribes controlled substance medications to his patients that have known substance abuse problems. He also prescribes over 2X the legal dose according to the medication's OWN WEBSITE! Steer clear of this wreckless doctor unless you want to end up in a phycosis due to habit forming medication being over prescribed to you or your loved ones.

Worst Dr. EVER! It seems like he is scared of catching whatever you may have. He does not check you like a regular dr. He does not follow up. He tries to get you out of the room as soon as possible and he misdiagnoses which is to expect as he doesn't examine you. He will send you home with no answers. Obviously changed doctor.

My whole family sees Dr. Bulfinch. We've never had any issues like the other reviewers mentioned. Everyone's been great and we never really have to wait to see him.

Very rude staff. Very poor communication, bad bedside manner, no follow up

Saw this doctor in 2017 after having a difficult time after moving to central Washington State. This doctor did nothing but ask about my "mental health", and little else as I was irritated about the appointment, and dis-satisfied with the receptionist and office appearance already, and not at ease. When I inquired about blood testing for depression, he stated and I quote, "Those test are to expensive". I requested a cholesterol screening and a blood work up. after waiting nearly three weeks I called the office for the results, and was informed the testing facility contaminated my blood sample, and I needed to come back for a re-draw. At the re-draw the Woman who "attempted" to take the sample has no clue what she was doing, and I requested another technician. Finally, a week later I call for results and some woman begins telling me all about the results, (I have "NO idea" who is speaking), and I stopped her, and stated I would come in and pick up a copy of the results. Upon… reading the results, I notice there is no cholesterol reading as the test was not performed, but it showed up on the EOB from my insurance as having occurred. I scheduled another appointment to go over the test results with the doctor and the office clerk attempted to schedule me out 90 days to which I balked, "for a follow up appointment?"; I was seen the following week. When I questioned the doctor about the cholesterol screening, he was oblivious and stated, "oh, well we can do another blood draw and complete the test" to which I replied I have already paid for blood work. After stating my concerns to the doctor he was not interested, and stated all the results are within normal range. I attempted to advise him as to how some of the results could be from previous health issues that had come up in the past, and he was just ready to get me out of his office. The audacity of a patient wanting to discuss and question the doctor. OH MY! I went to the office recently to pick up a clean copy of my blood, and the test paperwork is not in my file it's just gone..Poof, so I requested a copy of my completed file with doctor notes, and upon reading them this doctor has labeled me as having "Major Depression" after he refused to do any testing for depression or a mental health screening of any kind. Really, is this what health care has come too?
