About Dr. Calantone
I graduated UMDNJ Dental School in 1981. I started as an associate in a practice in Irvington, NJ. In 1982 I became the owner of this large practice where I treated patients and managed dental associates and staff for 16 years. At this practice I gained a wide range of clinical experience in general dentistry that has now allowed me to treat most of all my patient's dental needs without referring out to dental specialists. July 1, 1990 I opened my Parsippany practice. This practice was established to have patients receive personalized comprehensive care with an emphasis on compassionate pain free dentistry. After 30 years of practicing general family dentistry my philosophy is that I try to "treat all my patients like they are family".

I have been a patient with Dr. Calantone for over 30 years and had a lifetime of dental issues. He has treated my problems with understanding, patience and compassion. I have been to other dentists but he definitely the best and I could never go to anyone else! High praises Dr. Calantone!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Calantone's for over 30 years. I can only say that he and his staff are truly the best. They are kind, compassionate, friendly and caring. I often tell him that I feel sorry for him because over the years my dental issues have given him a hard way to go. However, through it all he has been nothing but understanding and patient and has worked very hard to save my teeth. Of all the referrals I have given him, not one has come back disappointed. I wish all of my doctors were more like him. I hope I never have to lose him.

I have been going to Dr. Cal for over 35 years. The best, most caring and patient dentist ever. I actually feel sorry for him when I have to be treated, as I am very challenging to treat with all my many problem teeth. He is always kind, caring and patient. He and his staff are the best and I truly love them.

Dr. Charles Calantone is seriously the best dentist I have been to. There is something very calming about his nature and the vibes he puts out. I'll admit it, I am one of those " bad " patients. I have high anxiety and get very squirmy when it comes to getting work done in my mouth and I have to say, when Dr. C comes into the room I instantly feel less anxious and know for a fact that I'm in the best of hands. If you're looking for a good dentist and have anxiety when it comes to getting work done like me, I highly suggest giving this dentist a shot. I can pretty much gaurentee you will return to his office whenever you're in need of his services. As a last note, he even does sedation dentistry if you need it, so having a jack of all trades combined with a very calm natured, nice man, you have one of the best dentists around. Highly recomended.
