I had a breast reduction by Dr Castiglione. He spent so much time explaining every detail at the consult.Very caring and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Castiglione and it turned out so TERRIBLE it affects my emotional state of mind, i never want to show my face in public. He has literally changed my life for the worse and to think that Dr. Castiglione was recommended to me is ABSOLUTELY shocking considering how bad my rhinoplasty turned out. There were so many red flags too that i just didn't even realize until recently because i was so ready to get rid of my large long nose. His bedside manor is terrible he didn't even take any pictures of my face beforehand and he didn't even analyze my whole face and nose. when it came time to get my splint off he RIPED it off of my nose i couldn't believe it! you would think that he would be more gentle when taking it off considering the area is all so sensitive! MIND BOGGLING! never again would i go to him or recommended him to anyone!! stay away!!!

So incredibly disappointed. I waited over 6 months for an appointment for a consultation. I arrived 40 minutes early only to be told that my appointment was cancelled. I was told that the secretary called twice and left two voicemails, two days prior, to confirm the appointment, and since she verbally didn't speak to me she cancelled the appointment. Needless to say I have no missed calls or voicemails from the office. I get the fact that you would charge for a missed appointment, but this policy is ridiculous. I missed 2 hours from work, and I guess it's my word against hers, but I have tripled checked my phone and there definitely was no missed calls or voicemail. Very disheartened.

I just had my second surgery with Dr. Castiglione. He is a great surgeon ad a great person as well. I would never go to anyone else. You will probably wait a while for an appointment but he is worth the wait.

I am three weeks post op from a reduction mammoplasty. Dr. Castiglione has more than exceeded my expectations. He is friendly and personable. Since I am still healing, I cannot comment on scarring yet. My experience has been quite good so far and I have had immediate relief from back and neck pain. Well worth the wait to get into his schedule! If I ever want/need any other procedure, I will definitely go to him.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Castiglione as a plastic surgeon. My incisions are healing beautifully and my shape and size are perfect for my frame. I am so much happier now that I don't have to deal with my painful breast cyst. I never had a long wait in his office and there is usually no wait when I call. His surgical scheduler was very informative and courteous.

Listened very closely to my concerns and was very reassuring about my fears.

Dr Consiglione did a fantastic job fixing the nightmare of a job done by another surgeon. He was very professional and easy to talk to and a real perfectionist. I very highly recommend Dr. Consiglione you will not be disappointed.

I agree with the office staff being very unprofessional and rude. When I came in to have a simple procedure done I paid for the visit in full with cash and was billed later for a bogus fee for services that I never had. When I spoke with the office staff they rudely told me that they had nothing to do with billing and for me to call an outside billing service. They even told me that they no longer had my information in their system to address the issue properly. I called the outside service and was told to call the doctor's office back because they produce the billing information. It was a total nightmare going back and forth for months until they finally dropped the charges but I had to endure countless verbal beatings from the doctor's ghetto office staff.
