Dr Charles Cha, MD

I researched physicians before selecting Dr. Cha. My husband was admitted to the ER for abdominal pain and was told that he had to have his gallbladder removed. Several of his maternal aunts and uncles passed away from various stomach cancers so I was particular about finding the appropriate doctor to ensure he was going to be in ideal care... A physician with Yale validated my choice and Dr. Cha was outstanding from the beginning! His bedside manner was superior! He showed us a large diagram of the organs, prior to the surgery, made sure we had every answer to every possible question. My husband was more relaxed prior to the procedure than I was, and Dr, Cha came out to make sure I was fine after he completed the procedure! I have never felt so entirely pleased And comfortable with the doctor and Staff! His entire staff was wonderful and we've never encountered an entire team to be so wonderful! My husband's surgery was a month ago I'm remembering to write this review now! His team… was Tremendous!

Exlent surgeon

I felt his bedside manor very good. He checked in daily once or twice during my hospital stay. He called me at home to notify me of my pathology report before my follow up appointment. That was took my mind off of the unknown.

Dr. Cha made me feel comfortable and human and guided me through a complex medical process with compassion and caring. On top of that, he is a phenomenal surgeon!
