I have been a patient of Dr. Coats for over ten years. I have always been treated well and gotten in as needed. Wait times at any office are longer than anyone would like, but given the volume of patients seen, it is to be understood. This team has many members that have been together as long as I have been coming here. Doc must be doing something right as the facility is clean and brand new, and the staff always seems upbeat.

This "doctors" office is a JOKE! From the wait times to the unprofessional staff, I wouldn't take my worst enemy there. All they care about is collecting money from medicaid and medicare. It is so sad because so many low income patients visit this location, and they treat you as such.

This doctor Coats sends incomplete medical history to other specialist when he refers his patients.The other doctors never pay attention to what you really need and no attention to details. Instead they push whatever meds the drug company gives to them.One of the so called doctors makes himself look bad even on a good day. The other help in the office are nice. This office is all about making money & not caring for it's clients.
