I went to Dr. Charles Cole on June 20, 2023. He was knowledgeable, through and patiently explained my particular situation. I did not feel like just a number.The other doctor who works with him was also excellent.The staff was courteous and efficient. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. I definitely recommend Dr. Cole. C. Lally

The office staff Dr. Cole has is very helpful and has improved. The waiting time was not long. Dr. Cole has treated me as well as my family. Enjoy his bedside manners and knowledge of medicine. Highly recommend Dr. Cole.

Dr Cole seems like a good caring Dr. But the rest of the office has a lot to be desired. There is NO communication, very lacks in renewing prescriptions, failure to fill out paperwork promptly. Very rude receptionists. Steer clear of this poorly run facility

Absolutely useless, an hour wait with no patients ahead and 28 seconds with the doctor. Just can't recommend him to anyone.

First I was glad to see the office has taken all the precautions for the COVID virus. Felt very safe through the complete process. I am one that rather see the doctor in person. He sees just about everyone in my family. Dr. Cole found out what was wrong with me and I can function better now on a daily basis. I am so glad he is here. Love his Texas accent too!

I am one happy Senior Citizen. I know Dr. Cole has my best interest at heart. A visit with him is a pleasure, warm, friendly, I feel like he is a friend I’ve had for years. He gives me time to talk, thus letting me have time to think about my current needs. My experience with the whole office was incredible. His new staff are caring and very professional. He is always on top of what is going on with me. He has a caring attitude and love that Texas accent! I never feel rushed and always feel reassured when I leave his office. Sure glad I found him! If I could sum up my visit he cares, he listens, and he’s one of a kind!

The first time I met Dr cloe I could tell he had made my health concerns his number 1priaoatity and that made me feel good he listened to my cencers that I had when he told me what he wanted to try he always asked me what I thought and if I had any questions and if I did to ask and if not at the moment but thought if any later to call him with them that's what I call a real professional Dr who knows his job and how to treat his paishents
