Dr. Charles Raymond Cottrell, MD

Referred by my primary Dr. for treatment of my perineal polyps and wait for 3 weeks to see him. He did not take look at how my polyps symptom was, spent 3 minutes to write down what I told him, and then drove me away from his office. There were no looking, no treatment, no medication but kicked me to another specialist because he did not know how to do. I was very frustrated after seeing him. What a poor doctor.

This is the worst GI doctor I have ever had treat me for my disease. He has the worst bedside manner. His staff has the worst customer service. They are very unfriendly and uncaring. I would not recommend this office to anyone who actually has a disease and needs immediate assistance. They are not quick to try and help you heal, but rather more worried about taking your money and having you do colonoscopies for no reason other than to charge your medical insurance for the procedure. It is a shame that Tallahassee, FL does not have many options for GI's and that this office holds most GI's available in the area and are all uncaring.
