Never saw the gentleman. Needed an oral surgeon and when I signed the e-forms and read what I had signed, made a statement about informed consent. 5 days after signing interest starts to accrue. I paid in full to avoid the intrest, my insurance paid the bill. I am trying to recover my funds that I paid in food faith, never an offer for a refund. I found that there are other oral surgeons in Central NY that are not as cold hearted.

I want to express my gratitude to Dr. DiCosimo and his wonderful staff. They are the best!! I had a serious surgical problem requiring skilled hands. I am happy to say that Dr. DiCosimo's surgery was done pain free. I have never had a doctor spend so much time explaining in detail what to expect and why my surgery was necessary. I most add however, that the person who stood out the most was his wonderful nurse practitioner. She is by far the most compassionate and thorough practitioner!
