My free screening was not what I thought it would be. I told him the problems and pain I was having in my leg he said they had nothing to do with my veins. I told him I had an ultrasound last year by a vein doctor I gave him the name of the doctor. He said I thought that doctor had retired. He also said do I know how long you had these veins. I said all my life. I felt he was not really interested with me or my veins. He also mention that insurance may not cover it. Bedside manner very poor. I will not be back.

Wait times are to be expected but waiting over an hour to see the dr. only to be told it would be another 45 min is unacceptable. I always call and ask if they are running on time, if not I reschedule. This seemed to be a normal wait time and no one really cared that it was an inconvenience. I paid my copay, did all the requested paperwork and answered all the in office questions. When it was my turn to get some answers it was too late. I spoke to the PA for 5 minutes because the doctor was too busy to see me and I had to get back to work. Not impressed and not going back. Enjoy the copay, last one you will see from me.

Terrible bed side manner, not compassionate and very condescending. If there was an option to put no stars, I would. Doctors can go to school for many years, but healthCARE starts with being a decent human being first.

Dr. Dietzek address my serious venous stasis condition that I've suffered with for over 10 years. My first visit included an ultrasound providing necessary info which led to a diagnosis that offered me hope. Because my condition was rather stubborn I had two series of Sclerotherapy. I no longer have weekly visits to the wound center and can finally enjoy a bath! I'm so grateful for the doctor's knowledge and skill.

Dr. Dietzek and his staff are very professional. They make your feel very comfortable and put your mind at ease. Very quick procedures and recovery time. I was back to work the same day. I would recommend Dr. Dietzek and his staff to anyone, simply amazing.

I had two bulging veins in my right leg and was very self conscious about them. Dr. Dietzek took care of the problem completely. Very little discomfort. Had to wear a stocking for a couple days. I would recommend this Dr. for your vein problems.

Dr. Dietzek did a Venefit procedure on me in December, 2015 and I am happy to say, "My legs feel the best they have felt in a long time". Thank You, Dr. D. Don't put off making an appointment for your varicose veins because I was at the point I was having a hard time walking without pain. Now, I have no pain, heaviness or burning.

I am very happy with the final results . I had both of my legs done and I no longer have pain and the horrid lumpy veins are gone . The procedure was a little uncomfortable but not as bad as I thought it would be . I had 2 veins collapsed and removed in both legs . The doctor does excellent work .

From the beginning, everything was as advertised at the Vein and Vascular Institute, its staff, and Dr. Dietzek. I am a 45 year old male who for over a decade had suffered from a large varicose vein in my left leg running from my groin to my ankle. With each follow-up, the results were nothing short of amazing. The bulging vein that snaked its way down and around my leg was shrinking on a daily basis. The throbbing, annoying pain was completely gone. From one follow-up to the next, the pictures told the tale. Now, four months later, I have completely forgotten about that vein. No pain. No trace of the vein at all. The entire experience was one of the best I've ever had with a medical professional. Everything that Dr. Dietzek and the Vein and Vascular Institute promised, they delivered for me. They changed my quality of life for the better and I couldn't be more grateful.

Recently I had 2 procedures done by Dr. Dietzek and they were both painless and very easy to recover from. In fact I was back to work the next day. I have had these same procedures done by another Dr. and did not have as good of an experience that I had with Dr. Dietzek. The other Dr. left big scars and in my opinion did not deliver the same quality of care. Dr. Dietzek's office was VERY clean and thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Dietzek.
