He is caring and understanding is willing to listen to you and makes you part of the your care and wants to really help you. He talks with you not at you and he will say he doesn't know and if need be he will try and find the answers or send you to another provider to try and find the answer. He is so very good to mentally handicap person makes them happy and comfortable Thank You.

Very rude receptionist non caring no understanding on patients.... basically all they want is easy patient anything else they send you somewhere else.... try to make an appointment Anna receptionist or whoever answered the phone needs to be fired rude uncaring
