Dr. Charles David Francis, MD

Dr Francis wanted to do laser iridotomy on my eyes because of glaucoma. He was angry that people pull away while he is pushing on their eyes during the exam. The exam that he did gave me bruises on one eye. I read the notes from the appointment and some of the things on the notes were not included in my appointment. I cancelled the appointments for the surgery because I had a bad feeling about him.

he did a surgery on both of my eyes for glaucoma he did ok on my left eye but when he did my right eye he hit the nerve I almost fell out of the chair he got mad and started yelling at me, then he said if you think I'am going quit your wrong he proceeded on an he hit the nerve I almost peed my pants he started yelling at me again the he quit the surgery it's been a month since this was done I've eye pain since, he's rude and arrogant

He is rude arrogant and cocky. He laughed at my wife who is partially blind and said she was faking it. She left there in tears.

Performed cataract surgery on me in 2011. I suffer everyday. He destroyed my eyes. My life is ruined because of his botched surgery. A horrible doctor...

Dr Francis and all of his staff are always very helpful and courteous. I recommend this doctor and staff to everyone.

Dr. Francis performed surgery on my eyes, 3 years ago, this past February. I have had nothing but blurry vision, since that time. When I complained to him, about my vision after his surgery, he told me it was in my head. He became very arrogant with me, telling me that I was intimimaditing him, so I went to the Cleveland Clinic for help. Dr. Francis is a horrible surgeon who has just about blinded me and his license needs revoked. I am still suffering with his botched surgery on my eyes. I have been to four other doctors, for help. I am still under a doctors care, because of mess that Dr. Francis has caused to my eyes. He is a terrible doctor and I would not recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr.Francis because of several reasons. First he is a caring professional who doesn't stop at nothing to diagnose and treat any eye problem you may have. Second, his personal conduct is unbeatable. I have recommended my family, friends and co - workers to him. Each one gave him a favorable report.Dr. Francis also helps in the patients overall health concerns.But especially those pertaining to the eyes.
