just nowNEW He prescribed my mother a very strong medication that interacted very badly with another medication she was on and caused life-threatening effects. Luckily the pharmacist picked up the drug interaction so she could taper off. Careless and dangerous mistake. I would not trust this doctor.

Dr. Glass is a very thorough, competent, empathetic and caring physician. He ensures that the care that I personally have received is in keeping with best practice and perseveres through challenging patient issues. Short wait times, same day appointments, and seeing only one medical professional reduces the stress of any condition that a patient may have and makes this practice one of a kind. His administrative assistant Lisa, is also wonderful and right on top of any patient needs. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Glass for years. He has been wonderful. It has been extremely easy to make an appointment. The appointments have always been close to on time. He listens to problems and analyses the information. He sends prescriptions to your drug store by his laptop while you watch. Often times, your prescription is ready within 15 minutes. With serious matters, he sometimes will personally call you 2-3 times a day. He is super!

Dr. Glass is quite good across the board. That being said, if you are forced to leave his practice for any reason be prepared for a substantial late billing of charges he has not previously billed. My insurance plan was canceled under the ACA forcing me to go to a physician in New York State. After telling this to Dr. Glass I received an invoice for over $500 of unfilled charges going back three years. The documentation of the charges he provided was unintelligible. I paid it but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Smacks of retribution. My advice is this: if you have to leave his practice just drift away. His billing procedures are such that you will probably never have to pay the accumulated unfilled items.

My son has an intellectual disability. He became very sick and was unable to tell us what was wrong. He had a tic born illness that Dr. Glass diagnosed. I was told by others that we were very lucky to have a skilled Doctor to quickly find the problem and as a result my son had a complete recovery.I have also found him to be very patient and respectful. I believe this is the best primary care practice on the shoreline.
