Dr. Charles Alan Goldfarb, MD

After seeing 3 doctors we finally got my daughter into Dr. Goldfarb. Even in our first visit into his office he was kind and took time to carefully understand things to my daughter who was very scared and in a lot of pain. Not to mention he is always on time. He eventually decided we needed to operate in October of 2023 because of a TFCC tear and has continued to be amazing. He was great of the day of the surgery and in all visits after. He was gentle and was even able to get my daughter in a waterproof cast so she could be in more comfort. His whole team is great and the PT center downstairs. I hope we don’t have any more wrist issues but if we do I know who to call.

Seven years ago, Dr. Goldfarb came highly recommended for our 13 year old daughter's sports related wrist injury. That year, he successfully performed her left TFCC repair. In the next 7 years, our daughter had the unfortunate happenstance of additional injuries to her right wrist and arm. Each requiring surgery - 5 in total. Even though Dr. Goldfarb's office is more than 60 miles from our home, we knew he would take care of her and not do any more or less than was required to do so. Dr. Goldfarb is a professional. He is compassionate (he calls to check on patients post surgery!), thorough and direct. We hope we never find ourselves in need of a wrist/hand/arm orthopedic surgeon again, but if we should, we'll be calling Dr. Goldfarb!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Goldfarb since she was 3 months. He has been absolutely amazing through the years. We enjoy every visit.

Avoid this doctor at all costs! You will highly regret any encounter with him

Dr Goldfarb and his staff are wonderful. Did a great job on my son, who is an athlete. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Saw 3 orthopedic surgeons prior to Dr Goldfarb. He took 4 x-rays (different views) of my wrists. Bilateral fractures of both - the information he had based on those x-rays was different from the other drs. But, this information led to the necessary decision to have surgery. He is a skilled surgeon and I am healing with excellent flexion and gaining strength - would have been quite crippled had I not seen this kind caring man who took excellent care of me. Would definitely recommend him.
