Dr. Charles Michael Gooden, MD

Horrible pain management. 80 y/o male with double groin hernia surgery. Only supplied 2 days worth of pain meds after surgery. Prior to surgery, my surgery date was moved twice at the last minute with no explanation. Surgery day arrival time was 8am but I was forced to wait until 4pm to get the procedure.

I had Gastric bypass surgery in the fall of 2001. Dr Gooden was my surgeon here at Womack Medical Center, Ft Bragg, NC. The surgery was almost canceled do to the doctors upcoming deployment. After my husband spoke to Dr Gooden, he was on his knees praying that Dr Gooden could do the surgery. Due to prayers answered and the doctors' Faith, my surgery was preformed and my life was saved. It's been 17 years, my health is great and to this day Dr Gooden is still in my thoughts and prayers. Thank You
