Dr. Charles Edward Graper, MD

supposed to be getting a biopsy on my tongue but he cut out the lump while I was out. 6 years ago and I still have no numb feeling, tingly stiff feeling in my tongue on one side and diminished movement and control. Was told initially it was temporary and will clear up in a year. NOPE 6 years later its still here and some times it hurts like the dickens!

My 11 year old daughter got four teeth removed today for an orthodontic purpose. Overall, Dr. Graper was very professional and efficient. You can tell he is a very experienced surgeon although he may not appear to be super friendly at first. Mrs. Graper (Beverly) at the front desk was also nice and friendly, wanting to get to know you personally. The other attending nurses were also straightforward. I was a bit concerned about online ratings at first and I can tell why some might have taken some negative impression of the staff and Dr. Graper. I think he is a straight shooter and his wife and the other staff are also straightforward, but not rude or anything. This place may not appear to be a super updated office with cutting edge equipments, but I am glad that we didn't change our mind. I'd rather want to have a very experienced surgeon than just a nice, friendly dr., staff or office. I highly recommend this place!

I wish I could give 0 stars! Worst experience ever!! Dr Graper is a very rude, mean man! I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth cut out Friday. Went back today, Wednesday, for a check up. He told me to hush that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that I hadn’t been doing my post op instructions like I was supposed to, which I have. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful than I was by him and his nurse today! Totally uncalled for and they are so unprofessional!

I receive facials from Robin and she is the absolute best aesthetician I've ever been to . She always listens to my concerns, and knows exactly what my skin needs.

Made 3 appts w/ Dr. Graper and 2 have been rescheduled b/c of "an emergency". I had to take off work w/ out pay for these consult/surgery appts and have nothing to show for it. After the 1st rescheduled consult it took me 3 mo. to get another, then get scheduled for surgery and they call to cancel at 6 am. If the doctor has a surgical emergency @ 5 am, why can't he see patients in the afternoon? This office has no consideration for people who cannot take time off work at the drop of a hat. They billed me for a consult, over charged us by billing for xrays they were not supposed to do. Called and they said they would fix it and send an updated bill in the mail... and a month later I get a call from a collections agency asking for the payment that included the xrays... and I never received and updated bill. Called to speak to billing department, they told me to call back at 1 since they were not in yet. Called at 1 and the VM said office is closed 1-2 daily. Very unprofessional!

My son was sedated and began to move while doctor was trying to pull his tooth. Doctor yelled at his staff while they were assisting him ,yelled at cursed at my son ( who was sedated)to keep still. My son was given extra medicine and it took awhile for it to wear off. He threw up several times. Met other patients in recovery room and they complained about their tooth being pulled and the doctor did not give the medicine enough time to numb them before he pulled their tooth. They say they felt all the pain. Dr. Graper I know you are very busy. You fly from office to office. Take time to consider that your patients are humans with feelings and also your staff. Thanks to the staff member who apologized to me for the way dr. Graper treated my son. Thank you also for the care and concern you showed toward my son in the recovery room. Dr. Graper you are too blessed to be stressed and frustrated with your patients and staff.
