Terrible dr visit. Did not listen to my concerns and his staff seemed to provide the same support. as I was leaving they were talking about my diagnosis as if it was just this. as like I have not been tormented within the last year by the worst pain and discomfort in my life. I have been disregarded as a mental case. How in the world do you diagnose someone because u run your visual exam in 2 seconds and run your fingers through their hair is beyond me. I'd like to see anyone in that room within this visit go through the pain and agony these symptoms cause and then be disregarded as a definite schizo because everyone know your healthy if you can't see the illness. Lol. If you read this dr doo nothing look alike do me a favor and - listen to your patients and whether or not they or I need a straight jacket and a padded cell because u didn't see anything upon your keen observation how about you send their samples to the old laboratory and prove us depressed or pretenders or middle aged… women syndrome who have nothing better to do than wait 5 mos for a visit to explain the scariest s$$% they have ever experienced as a hallucination. Rx go home and think about your life and how much u have gone through with a move and maybe then u will realize you are fine. lol his final rx

I was charged for a full office visit to hear my test results. I received a call with results of a spot that was removed. The results were given to me over the phone, but the nurse has said the Dr wanted to discuss them with me in person. I never in a million years would have thought I would be charged for this. But when I arrived the receptionist tried to collect. I told her I was just there to get my test results. When I was called back, I even asked my nurse if I was going to be charged and she said no. If she had said yes I would have left the office with the information I was already given over the phone. When I called to ask about the bill I received in the mail, I was just told by the nurse, “ I never told you you wouldn’t be charged” Will not be back.

Best dermo (or any doctor) I've ever been to. Prompt, knowledgeable and very understanding--terrific bedside manner.

A few months ago, the Doctor did a biopsy on a spot on my leg that was growing and causing pain. I had terrible pain when sedative around the area wore off, which I understand was likely, but when I got a call back from his office giving me the results, then my disappointment. The woman said results for cancer were negative which was a relief but when I told the woman about the pain being worse and I asked what now...she said it will heal and go away. It hasnt healed. It has gotten worse. It hurts more than it ever did. It keeps me awake. It has grown and I can't even touch it. I feel like I was brushed off and told they were through with me. No answers, no actions. I will try again to see the doctor and see if I can get help but for now. I dont feel too positive

Very quick and inefficient. Felt like he did not hear or address any of my concerns.

long wait times, poor bedside manner

He is a very intelligent doctor and also very personable. He cares about his patients. I love him!
