Was told we had to see him regarding a Division of Disability Determination Services and did'nt even get past the initial interview. My son is disabled but high functioning so I asked if he could try to be sensitive to his self-esteem. He seemed to take offense at that saying "well I have to do an assessment" to which I replied that I understood that but did not know what to expect during the exam and was concerned about my son to which he replied "I have done thousands of these. If you do not like my services you can make another appointment with someone else." At that point I got up and left saying that all he had to do was assure me that he would do his best and that would have been enough but he couldn't find a way to assure me of that. On the way out the door I called him a jerk.
