Dr. Charles Humphrey Hawkins, DDS

Hawkins was paid over 30000 for the fix on six mini dental implants. The process was supposed to take 10 months. At the 1.5 year mark and numerous try-ins that did not fit properly or feel comfortable, I requested a partial refund to have teeth made by a different provider. Hawkins' office refused. They refused to refund any money at all. Now I have no teeth and no money to remedy the situation. Unless you are willing to risk being socially isolated, mentally anguished, emotionally traumatized, in discomfort and toothless, find another provider. Also they will block you on Facebook if you leave a negative review. Save yourself the embarrassment and trauma and go to another provider.

My second appointment today for an oral Appliance for sleep apnea. Dr. Hawkins and his staff were friendly and professional. Amy Amy Abby and Kay were all outstanding along with doctor Hawkins. Keep up the great work! Five stars.
