Dr. Hazelrigg is a Lexington native who graduated from Lexington High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of South Carolina Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Medical Humanities.  While in college he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and worked at Lexington Medical Center as a phlebotomist and in operating room maintenance.  He received his doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina and is a proud member of the South Carolina Dental Association (Central District), the Greater Columbia Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.  Dr. Hazelrigg continues his education by consistently enrolling in postgraduate courses.   This commitment to life-long learning ensures that his patients will receive state-of-the-art dental techniques and technologies.   This allows patients to receive the highest quality and most comfortable dentistry possible.
