I had a procedure in a shared office. My blood pressure was really high during it. They were concerned and recommended I stop and see Dr. Heinsen afterwards. Since he was right there, in the same location, I saw him. He took my blood pressure twice and it was okay. He sent me on my way and charged me over $230 as a self pay patient without insurance. What a racket.

Dr. Heinsen has always been a first class caring Dr. He was my family Dr for over 35 years and always met or exceeded my expectations. Will hate to see him ever retire! Thank you Dr. Heinsen for keeping me healthy

How can you retire without telling your patient we have a appointment found out he retired I know he is old but he has a obligation to us this is bull . I have been a patient for awhile were are your morels of your so called duty to your patient

The office staff was rude. Wait time took 5 hours to see him. I was late foe work. Nice doctor found new doctor .

Dr. Heinsen is nice enough. However, his staff are the rudest "professionals" I've ever witnessed. They enough to make me find a new doctor! There is always an average of 3hrs wait. I have waited as long as 5 hours! Lastly the waiting room and office is filthy!! I don't even like sitting on the chair, and I wouldn't dream of putting my child down to play with the toys in the office. On my last visit there was actually a large pile of leaves in front of the door...inside!!
