Dr. Charles Patrick Higgins, DO

I absolutely adore Dr Higgins and his staff!! I struggled for years with my health, taking medications that didn’t help! If it wasn’t for Dr Higgins I don’t think I would have ever figured out what I was suffering from. My husband and daughter were helped by dr Higgins as well! For those leaving reviews saying Hes rude and whatnot, He can smell bs from a mile away so if that was your experience, you were probably there trying to get over on him and he didn’t comply…. He is very direct with his patients and doesn’t sugar coat anything but he’ll make sure you know what is wrong with you and what steps are needed to make you better!!!

He was a good Dr in the 90s. Not anymore. His bedside manner is terrible, and he doesn't listen. Rushes the appointment and overlooks things that are very dangerous to overlook.

Very nice doctor, but too hurried for careful attention. Great with everyday problems (colds, bronchitis, etc.), but not strong with complicated issues.

I have used Dr. Higgins for years, he has always been very good about listening to my concerns, and acts accordingly.

Dr. Higgins is unconventional with regards to his office hours (early only) but he immediately found my problems and was extremely thorough in tests and lab work. I found him to be very compassionate and caring.

This man should not be a dr! He is unprofessional, rude and unwilling to even trying to help. Refused to help me with anxiety issues, wouldnt even hear what i had to say. Please dont waste your time and money!

Dr. refused to write a refill for Imitrex 100 mg even though I had proof of having taken this dosage for YEARS for migraines and refused to write a prescription AT ALL for 5 mg. Ambien even though I have also been taking this for years with no harmful side effects. This expensive Dr. visit was a waste of time and money to this new patient from out of town.

He made me feel like I was wasting his time. His bedside manner was abrasive, and his exam of my child prior to prescribing antibiotics was rushed and not thorough.Not going back.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. You don't have to have an appointment if you need to see him but you have to go early. He is open to suggestions about care and has been known to follow up the next day by phone himself. He is generally in a hurry due to the numbers of patients in the waiting room but if you need moe time to talk with him, he is always amenable. I have referred several people to Dr. Higgins and all are pleased.
