Working with five other orthodontists, he instructed Japanese orthodontists and was exposed to a variety of orthodontic techniques.
After returning to the states, Dr. Hulsey started a private practice in San Diego County in 1970. Since then, his practice has grown to three busy offices in Rancho Bernardo, La Mesa and Ramona, CA.
