Dr. Charles Stewart Jervey, MD

He doesn't pay attention to you or look at you when you talk to him. He hardly asks you any questions. I always have to wait 45 min to an hour to see him. I feel he doesn't care about me as a patient but sees me only as a number. I am no longer with him. Staff are not nice and its always an issue to have them return your phone call.

Just an amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Jervey has helped me beyond words & the staff at the clinic were so welcoming & friendly. They are all just the best! Thank you all.

Indicated he had never heard of migraines resulting from serious auto accident. His only remedy was pills.

Drs Jervey, King, and Bahadori have made me feel as if I were a burden to be their patient. My original complaint, headaches, has NEVER been accurately addressed. I feel like I've been tossed around, and not answered repeatedly! Don't recommend their care for your worst enemy! The staff in their reception area is rude and condescending! They laughed at me. DO NOT GO!! They are certain to ignore you!!

My therapist was very worried about me -- I was getting forgetful, having trouble walking, etc. She told me I had to go to a Neurologist. He did an MRI brain scan, and I think that's about it, and said nothing was wrong. My doctor was very upset, and tried to call him to ask him why he hadn't done a spinal tap? He never returned her call. She insisted I go to another Neurologist in town. This one ALSO did not do a spinal tap. Finally, she called the University Medical Center, and said that I MUST have a spinal tap. I was to the point of being in a wheelchair, and falling down all the time. Well, she was right: I had Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus! When they drained out some fluid, I was completely fine again! If I hadn't gotten the treatment, I would have become totally senile and never walked again. Thank God for my therapist! If it had been Jervey, only, I'd have died. Stay away from him.

I first saw Dr. Jervey in early 2012. I felt I had issues with my left arm and leg. He totally ignored my leg and told me that my arm was "a cervical" issue, although the nerve conduction was normal. I found out when I went to another neurologist for a second opinion, that I had a stroke. Dr. Jervey would not listen and his delay/misdiagnoses resulted in a delay of physical therapy and it was 6 months later that I got an appropriate diagnose and now at 41 years old, I must "deal with the results". He does NOT listen or truly care about his patients and I would NOT let him treat my PET ROCK!!
