Dr. Charles Edward Johnson, MD

Never in my life have I had to leave a message and wait 5 hours for a call back just to make an appointment. The day after I had an appointment a prescription that was supposed to be called in wasn't and I called and left a message and after 8 hours I still haven't received a call back. This rating is about his staff and the non existent communication. There are other doctors around here.

If you have an apppointment at 1:30 you might not be seen until 4:00. It was a bad experience. There were papers all over his nurses office and looked very disorganized. I never even got a call back about my results

He is very compassionate! His staff is amazing!!!!

The first time I saw Dr Johnson was at the hospital for my testing. He was nice but afterwards when he came to speak to me & my husband he seemed rushed and didn't give me complete information about what he found (got the full diagnosis from his office staff the following week when I called for a follow up appt). Also, at the hospital I asked about what type of diet to follow and he gave me the wrong information (confirmed by his staff as well). I think he's a good doctor just too busy to give you his full attention.

His office is well organized. As a patient I felt that the staff was truly concern with my well being and the staff are very knowledgeable, and well trained. Bottom line, I felt comfortable and was very confident I was being taken care of. Dr. Johnson is a very compassionate doctor, and very knowledgeable in his chosen field.

Dr. Johnson is the most dedicated caring doctor I have seen. His bedside manner and dedication to his patients is outstanding!

Great physician and staff

I had a colonoscopy and could NOT get anyone to call me back for a follow up. As easy as it may sound, I could not get an appointment. No one would return a call. I finally received results over 3 weeks later. That is unacceptable.
