Dr. Charles Fenelon Jung, MD

I found Dr. Jung personable, focused, clear in instruction, kind and attentive in follow up, and felt like he genuinely shared my journey and rooted for my good recovery. My results have been GREAT!!! Clearly, excellent surgeon, and also a delightful human being.

I saw Dr Jung for a fracture. He came in from the start as loud, boisterous, rude, argued first with a nurse about setting up an IV, then fired rapid questions at me, very close to my face. He gave me 2 (3?) suposed novacaine shots to numb, the proceeded before it took effect -- very painful. He said loudly to "Eddie" : This lady doesn't want to have surgery!!" Luis also witnessed this and was very kind after Dr Jung left the room. Luis was also very gentle & compassionate on a followup visit. I told a PAC at a followup visit (can't recall his name) that I refused to see Dr Jung again.

Excellent experience. Delightful surgeon and staff.
