Dr. Charles Roy Klepper, MD

Still has not renewed my prescriptions or addressed the reasons I saw him in the first place. Would give him a minus rating if possible.

Dr. Klepper is thoughtful and caring and went out of his way to make sure that I had what I needed. My referrals were timely, and he caught my cancer before it was too late. I would recommend him to everyone!

This was the WORST place I have been for health care. I went in on a Tuesday as a walk in to be seen with a very bad case of Poison Ivy. That day the doctor did see me however really didn't thoroughly look me over pretty much let the female medical assistant do all the work. They gave me a steroid shot, some steroid pills and some cream. I took all the medicine they had prescribed and got progressively worse during the week. Not once did anyone from this facility call me back during the week to follow up in regards to ask how I was doing and if I was feeling ok. Sunday I called the VA Health care line to get another follow up appointment in efforts of getting more medicine since that day was my last dosage of steroid pills. They told me to I had another walk in appointment for Monday morning. I promptly showed up Monday hoping to get more medicine and was seen again by the same female assistant who told me that I could stay and wait for the doctor but he was very busy and might… be several hours before I get back that morning to see him. She also told me that he could just call me in another prescription so that is what I agreed to do for my situation. I waited till about 2 pm and then I called to pharmacy to see if they had any prescriptions for me. They told me NO so I had my girlfriend call the Main Street Clinic and they told her the day was not over yet and to just wait. I finally get a call back at about 5 pm from the female medical assistant who tells me on the phone the doctor has called me in a prescription. Their facility was already closed and the pharmacy was closing in about an hour. I then called my girlfriend whom was on her way home from work to stop by that location and pick up my medication. When she got there she was told there was nothing called in under my name so as of this evening I am still without medication to take care of a bad case of poison ivy.

Dr. Klepper speaks with quiet authority, never overwhelming his patient and never blowing smoke illusions. After visiting with him, you can feel confident regarding the picture of your health: it is just like he told you, and you're working on it together.

I switched to Dr Klepper after becoming dissatisfied with another Doctor. I was and am very VERY happy to have selected Dr Klepper. This gentleman is truly concerned about his patients and treats every one of them as special, even as close friends or family. I have seen no limit to his courtesy and professionalism. When I was hospitalized, he was at my bedside after 9 PM, and was there again before 6 AM. I am 75 and have seen a lot of Doctors. I tell you, this man is a Saint. Thank you Doctor, for saving me.

Overall I had the best experience ever here at Main Street Medical Clinic! Friendly staff, and wonderful Doctors!! I will continue to see Dr. Klepper as long as he is practicing!!!
