I called Dr. Knepper’s office to see how soon I could get in to be seen. They got me in that same day for an exam and started me on an antibiotic so that my pain would go away and they were able to schedule me by the next week for my extraction! Dr. Knepper was very knowledgeable and the staff was very kind. While in surgery, Dr. Knepper explained what he was doing and was very patient when I had questions. Dr. gave me a list of instructions when my surgery was finished that had his home number on it to call if I had any problems. He also called me that night to make sure everything was going smoothly and to ask how I was feeling. After the surgery, I took pain medicine for only a day and didn’t need anymore after that. All around a pleasant experience for such an unfortunate event. I will definitely be going back.

Dr Knepper is a 5 STAR surgeon with incompetent billing staff. The billing “specialist” is totally inept and should be removed. I don’t think she has ANY TRAINING in billing insurance carriers....bottom line “I cannot recommend him to anyone”.....Sorry Dr Knepper
