This guy came into my mothers hospital room with no knowledge of her case, when we explained the reason she came to the SWGH ER in the first place he didn't really care, was rude and condescending and could have cared less what was going on with her.

I have been seeing Dr Koepke for as long as he has been in practice. I never have an issue making or changing an appointment. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr Koepke takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns and never brush issues a side. Always likes to investigate to see what is causing your health issues. I will stay with Dr Koepke for as long as I can!

Abysmal. My mother decided to go with Dr Koepke as her GP, as he worked with her while he had been doing rounds at Parma Hospital. Now, in the last couple of months, you're lucky to get a real person to answer the phone. They're claiming to be closed in an answering service message, when they clearly state by the hours that they're open. They don't return calls. They don't call your pharmacy...Or, when they do, it takes two plus weeks and you're out of your prescription. I wish they worked like an assembly line like another review I read. At least they'd have some reliability then.

I have been seeing Dr Koepke for years. I really thought that he was a great doctor until recently. When you call the office you can never talk to his staff always a recording. When you leave a message they never call back. My last visit was a preventative care visit which should be covered 100%. He asked me about a couple medical issues and then charged for an office visit. How SHADY is that!

Rude and abusive doctor and staff on phone. No bedside manner is an understatement. Feel sorry for this guy and his staff, but feel more sorry for anyone who allows him to treat them

Dr. Koepke is also a Work Disability Doctor. He refers you to specialists as needed. He has an xray and a lab in the same building which makes appointments easier and in a time-basis excellence. My family has had him as a doctor for approximately 15 years.

Dr.Koepke cares about HIS bottom line. His office staff is so rude, nasty, and uncaring that I will never go back to him.
