Avoid this place at all costs! Staff and dentist are the worst I've ever experienced. On my second visit - they cancelled on me as I was showing up for my appt. no reasonable explanation. Rude about billing issues which I attempted to straighten out. Go elsewhere!! Obviously, given the other poor reviews I would have saved myself the trouble had I seen them before choosing this place

Worst dental experience I've ever had! Staff is utterly unprofessional - cancelling an appointment I had as I was walking in the door. They are rude and unresponsive to phone calls. FYI - find another local dentist. There are plenty in Florence with excellent reputations!

I had an appointment had my reline and Dr. Korando's Son Ryan let me suffer for 3 weeks and the day before my appt. they called to cancel for another two weeks..Bad Buisness affairs. I told them I will go somewhere and pay again for services already paid for.

This Dentist and his staff do a great service for the Coos Bay area, could not imagine having to deal with what they do on a daily basis. Just lead with good and situations will always be good. These folks are over~worked and underpaid. Be nice you are in Oregon...
