I have been rescheduled twice now for my wisdom teeth removal surgery, I now have to wait another 3 months to get my teeth pulled even though they are causing an excruciating ammount of pain. I called today 7/9/25 and the lady on the phone was completely unprofessional and down right rude, she would not let me speak and continued to cut me off when she did give me the chance to talk. She then proceeded to tell me that she's been dealing with rude people all day and if im going to have an attitude with her then she would not be speaking with me. I did not have an attitude once until that point, she is extremely unprofessional and rude. I understand being put under stress, but I've never had anyone in any type of medical office or field speak to me or anyone in that manner. I asked if there was anyone else, I could speak too because she was clearly stressed out and not thinking correctly, she continued to laugh and say that she's the manager, so she has the last say so. She needs to… either find a new job or learn ways to destress if she's going to keep working in the field she is in. This was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable call i have ever experienced. DO BETTER.

Dentist had no patience with me at all, causing much more pain than it should have been. Office staff was unfriendly other than one kind person. He denied my pain while working in my mouth. Never met a dentist who was so uncaring, as well as those in the room too, other than one kind person. one was a real witch. I've heard many bad experiences about him & the damage he has done to some pts. He has been referred to as a butcher. I'd agree. He prescribed a med that wasn't meant for oral care & could have been very dangerous if I didn't catch it. The pharmacist said he needs to be more careful. They were not happy with him. The next rx didn't give them the info they needed to use on the instructions. Stay away.

C. Randy Landis is one of the most compasinate oral maxillofacial Surgeons I have ever gone too. His work far exceeds any in most of the U.S.A. I was able to be sedated for extreme wisdom teeth problems and the were very gentle with other Dental Care. Thank You C. Randy for your fabulous work. I highly recommend him.

When Randy was Just an Oral Surgeon he did Rhinoplasty on my nose. He was trying to saw down a bump on my nose while removing my wisdom teeth. He said after the surgery he had to re-break one side of my nose . He did not cast it (like he had said he was going to) and told me to wear sunglasses to hold it together. It turned into a nightmare!! I was only 14 years old & he ruined my life... My nose ended up twisted and pushed over to one side. I was disfigured! I finally got in fixed after saving for years. I wish he would of done something to help me, but he would never see me again nor return my letters. I was 14 years old. I am shocked he became a plastic surgeon!!!!

I am a bona fide, card-carrying dentophobe. My dentist recommended Dr. Landis for the extraction of a tooth located under the sinuses. And I am pleased to recommend him also. His staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Landis was reassuring and thorough in his explanation. His assistant also answered all my many questions.
