My mother(83 years old)had an appt on May 7 2021, as the nurse ca;lled her back for her appt (I was unable to attend with her I had 3 children with me.) I told the nurse 2x that my mothers diabetes was crazy and I wanted her to have a urine test her sugar is crazy when she has an UTI)The nurse acknowledged me and said ok. I also stated that her co-pay was in her purse and showed her the check and said I wasnt sure who to make it out to (but the rest was completed). When she return to the from her appt about 45 minutes later, My mother staggered out (her sugar was low), I sat her down and gave her glucose and she was ready after 15 mins later we left. BUt as I was sitting with her asked if they did the urine sample she said they didnt, the doctor didnt see the need.She also still had her co=pay check in her purse. I waited til Tuesday and call the practice to see the results of the urine. The phone person said , "Did we do a sample?" I said you should have I asked for one." She… came back on the line and they didnt do it, because the dr didnt see a need. I called our family dr who ordered the test and we went to the lab and received a call she did indeed have a UTI. I am very disappointed that after a family member makes a request for a urine test at a urologist office it got blown off as not necessary when it was in deed needed, I calledtotell they to cancelled her year appt that we were done and all the phone ladt said was ok. They didnt apologize or ask is there anything they can do etc I am angry that they didnt care about their patient. Susan Randolph.

Always in a hurry, no portal so no way to contact him without going through staff who seem to protect him from us mortals

I have not been treated as rudely as I was by one of his nurses, Ashley. It's a shame such a good doctor has such an impolite nurse.
