I have been here twice.. one with my daughter and one myself. My experience in general was good. However, I went on Saturday and the insurance verification they say is close... and apparently since my insurance plan was changed due to covid… I did not had coverage for the month I went to the doc I was never notified by my insurance... I understand this is a mess now in days, I call the office to speak with someone because I got a bill and apparently for that month I only had city insurance.... (I understand is not the doc issue) but... when I call the "Office manager" she calls me back because I left a message .. and first thing she says is "We don't take that insurance " meanwhile I left her a message because I want to see how to figure out and pay the bill... because I did speak to her in the past when I was notified that my bill as not covered. I think this lady called Joan "Office manager" needs to put her personal issues on the side and have a little more of consideration… with the patients...and learn how to speak... I was not calling to ask for a favor... I was calling to try to see how to pay my bill. I work in a doctor's office as well and I understand is overwhelm at this time … but is not the way to talk to the doctor's Patients.

Going to This office no 25 years move 3 hours away and still make that trip to see them ....
