Horrible front office staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Lord for a couple years now. I've gone through some of the worst times of my life during that time, but he was always supportive and made himself available whenever I needed to talk to him, even in the middle of the night during some of my manic phases. After some trial and error we were able to figure out what medications I need to stay sane. The only thing I wish is that he would provide or suggest or refer to other forms of treatment besides psychopharmaceuticals.

I began seeing Dr. Lord's nurse practioner who I absolutely love! Since we were stuck on a couple things, she wanted me to converse with Dr. Lord. I have seen him 3 times & have learned LOTS of information I didn't know. He seems to be heading me in the right direction. I would definitely suggest Dr. Lord for treatment.

I would highly recommend Dr. Lord to anyone! I was very ill for many years and because of him I am doing wonderfully now!

Dr. Lord has been my psychiatrist for several years now. When I first began seeing him I was very ill. I am very grateful to him for enabling me to live a happy and productive life. He is a very sincere, caring person and a fantastic doctor. Thank you Dr.Lord!

I was referred to Dr. Lord by another Psychiatrist and it saved my life. Dr. Lord was the third Dr. I'd been to, the others had put me on medications that had no effect or made things worse. Dr, Lord diagnosed me as Bi-polar and put me on several medications which helped a great deal. Over the years, they had to be adjusted and there were many ups and downs, there is no cure for this, but Dr. Lord has gotten me to the point that I have very few problems any more. I've been in constant touch with Dr.Lord, about every 2-3 months (A mutual decision) and I havn't been suicidal or significantly depressed for many years. I was barely able to function and didn't want to live when I met Dr. Lord and now with the right, most effective combination of drugs that Dr. Lord determined to be appropriate for my condition, I feel as normal and happier than I ever have in my life. I had been to several doctors before doctor Lord and I thought there was no hope for me. One of the councelors referred me to Dr. Lord and I credit him and Dr. Lord with saving my life. Dr. Lord worked patiently and tirelessly with me for years determining and adjusting the best medications for the bipolar disorder which he diagnosed. Symptoms that I'd suffered with for years and which drove me to attempt suicide improved immensely. I owe my life and sanity to Dr. Lord. God Bless him!

How simple it is for a trained medical professional to give you a diagnosis, you trust him and he tells you that you will never be on less than two pills for the rest of your life. The bipolar I was diagnosed with was PTSD. I was prescribed 5 different prescriptions to include adderall, paxil, lamictal, geodon, and ativan. I just spent 28 days in a rehab facility due to a suicide attempt only to learn a proper diagnosis and the only medication I needed was aderrall. I have lost 8 months of my life being a basket case due to the medication I was prescribed by this doctor. My panic attacks increased and sleep got worse. Instead of taking pills away, he added more. What a great way to try to keep cash flow from our insurance companies coming in.
