Dr. Charles David Malinick, MD

My husband and I were interviewed first before he was suppose to evaluate my child. He was throwing out so many diagnosis it was scary. He said that my child would most likely need to be on multiple medications. He hadn't even met my child yet. Needless to say we never let him meet them. He also comes off as disgruntled in a way.

Not very helpful. Pushes my kid with autism/anxiety to the limit in order to get him to "get over it" and we end up leaving either with more anxiety or in tears. Talks to parents like we don't do enough to help our child when we are doing everything we can. When we ask him to recommend other therapy or providers, he says he doesn't know anyone. Worst 15 minutes of our month (because we have to go monthly to get a prescription because he doesn't do more than 1 month at a time). I feel like this rule is just to make sure we come and pay him for the 15 minutes a month. We now go to a friendlier and much more caring psychiatrist. He charges us less for a 30 minute appointment (which is every 2-3 months).

Office smells like cheese

He is ok but needs to get more rest or take an upper or some more coffee. Eyes are heavy and closing while I'm talking to him. I'm not important or just boring I guess.??my meds have helped me so I do still go to see him.

He we so caring and concerned when I brought my son in for the first time. He was asking questions to my son (the actual source) and not jut me! he has truly changed our lives for the better! my son is now a normal loving little boy again! I recommend him completely!!!!

I found Dr. Malinick too quick on decisions and diagnosis. He seems in a hurry all the time and more worried about the clock than me. My first appointment he made many mistakes on what he would write down because he would interrupt and later would have to ask over and over again. I found him to be a poor listener.

Should retire. Agree with all if the below. Should definitely not be working with kids. My child's words, "I'm afraid of him." He doesn't seem to have stayed up on the latest research. Rude and aggressive toward d amity and child.

YOU NEED A LIVE RECEPTIONIST, I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE AN APPT. AND IT'S ALWAYS A SLOWWWWW RECORDING VERY ANNOYING!!!!!
