Please do not get the ingrown toenail removal from Dr. Melton. I had perfect toenails, until he butchered them. I can't even wear sandals anymore and I'm in horrific excruciating pain since 2015, now it's 2022. Even the skin around my nail bed look dead. I'm terrified to see any podiatrist. Beware of the tech that has thinning hair, she was the one who suggested that I have the surgery and Dr. Melton said, ok. Shouldn't he be the one to decide? She's not a doctor. She told me it was the best thing that ever happened to her, with her back towards me. Well, it was the worst thing that ever happened to me. Please stop suggesting surgery to a patient, you are not a podiatrist!

Dr. Melton is excellent. I've been treated 3 times for foot conditions during the past 10 years. I've been treated professionally, courteous and he has taken care of my problems very well. He's a great doctor and I highly recommend him for your foot needs.

Dr Melton has done surgery on both of my feet and the outcome was excellent. He always explained everything and answered all my questions. I would recommend him.

Dr.Melton took very good care of my feet. I can now buy beautiful sandals and show off my toes!

DON'T EVER let Dr. Melton and his nurse talk you into having ingrown toenail surgery! I didn't need to have surgery and now my big toenails are growing into my skin. They are painful, crooked and unattractive. My toes hurt 24/7, and I'm terrified to see another podiatrist because I don't trust anyone. I am still searching for a doctor after 2 years of pain, misery and severe depression!

I was shocked when the repair of an ingrown toenail cost more than $300 (that was my co-pay) . I was really shocked when the follow up exam (lasted one minute) cost $80 (again co-pay). One minute with the doctor and my co-pay was $80. I have never had to pay for the follow up exam with any other specialist.
