I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Charles Messa and his team. From my first consultation to surgery and recovery, the entire experience was amazing. Dr. Messa is incredibly talented, I have been his patient for many years and what really stands out is how he makes sure his entire team delivers the same level of care, professionalism, and kindness that he does. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the nurses—goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. Any time I had a question or concern, someone was always available to help before and after surgery. I absolutely recommend Dr. Messa and his team to anyone considering a procedure. I’ve been looking at Dr. Messa’s work for years before I made the decision to make an appointment for my breast augmentation consultation. The office staff was so helpful and answered all my questions. Dr Messa was so polite and respectful, from the moment you see him, you can tell right away how knowledgeable and experienced he is. The whole procedure was explained prior to the surgery. The recovery was great and I am so happy with my results. If you are looking for an excellent surgeon and team, this is it.

I have been to Dr. Messa's office for several non surgical services over the years. But this review is about an implant removal surgery I had with Dr. Messa one month ago. I had these implants for almost 20 years (they were done by another Dr. as I did not know Dr. Messa then.) and felt something wasn't right so I consulted with Dr. Messa about removal with no replacement implant. I was thrilled to find out Dr. Messa was able to remove my implants and lift my own breasts with some lipo under the arms. All my bruises were gone in 2 weeks. Dr. Messa only had to make two incisions He removed and replaced my nipples and not only can you not tell I had surgery there, I have sensation as well. I love the way I look and feel and could not be happier. Dr. Messa's office is always extremely helpful, responsive and caring. The instructions I received throughout covered all my questions before I even had to ask. I would highly recommend Dr. Messa for surgery and will not think twice about… going to Dr. Messa again for other services.

I am not usually a review person, but I am so excited to share my experience with Dr. Messa. Surgery felt so overwhelming -until I met him. His calm, reassuring presence made my nerves disappear completely. ?My procedure was on November 24, 2025. I arrived at 6 AM, was in surgery by 8 (as I remember ) and was getting back home at 10. The entire team was exceptional, and my anesthesiologist woman was wonderful. Recovery took only two weeks (I mean the hardest time to use my hands, shower and stand up from bed) my every follow-up visit was seamless, and the pricing was more than fair for this level of expertise.??I came in simply saying "I want something natural" and that's exactly what he delivered. My friends who were afraid of obvious results keep asking how it's possible to look this good. Perfect size, minimal scarring, completely natural. I recommend Dr. Messa to everyone, and they can literally see his work on me.??I love this doctor, this center, and every single person who works… there. Professional, warm, and always welcoming.

Amazing Doctor, great bedside manner. Made me feel so comfortable from day one. Had 2 other consults and after going to him I knew he was the one. He listened to my concerns and what I wanted done and I have amazing results. Office staff was just as helpful.

5 stars doesn't seem enough to describe the experience with Dr Messa and Weston Cosmetic Surgery center. I did my research and knew I was opting for one of, if not the best known, cosmetic surgeons around. I knew he was talented, had a wonderful reputation, was sought after and had a long wait time, all good things in my experience. What surprised me was that every interaction with every person in his office was so pleasant, professional and warm. Dr. Messa not only has talent and reputation as a great surgeon and doctor, he's got an office staff that reflects his personality, professionalism and patient care. I was surprised and comforted when I visited my primary physician and shared that I was having a procedure with Dr Messa hearing from the nurse there that "he's the best" . My entire experience, from the first phone call to the office was professional, thorough and friendly. The years of experience working with patients for elective surgery shows in a warmth and personal… style that is rare in medicine these days. I would recommend Dr Messa and his staff to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery. I am a week post op and unbelievably happy with my results. I've been a patient of Dr. Charles Messa for many years. I've had several procedures done with him and his wonderful staff. My results have always exceeded my expectations. Two months ago I had a breast reduction, a procedure I've been wanting for years but feared the outcome and the scars. My only regret is that I didn't do it before. Dr. Messa did a phenomenal job bringing me down to my desired size. Shaped my breast beautifully and my scares are healing perfectly. I couldn't be happier.
