Dr. Milton was ok. He spends time on people depending on his patients and day. I saw him 3 times and he was nice the first time and then once he had my business he didn't spend the same time and kindness with me like he did before or with other patients. He's nice but not always the same. He did fine on my surgery but the personal care was not more than usual. It's about the money for himself. He's ok. But the staff is what makes this place better. The secretary and assistants are always great. Thank you to the staff.

The staff was courteous at first contact and getting an appointment was fast and easy. The actual procedure, wisdom teeth removal, was straightforward and went well. My insurance company denied the claim due to a missed communication regarding Cobra coverage. I straightened this out within days of getting the statement. The insurance company instructed me to contact the surgeon's office and ask that they resubmit the claim.I did this and that is when things went south. The person I spoke to insisted that this was my problem and my responsibility and it was my daughter's credit at risk. Basically she was threatening to turn me over to collections instead of just doing her job. Medical offices work with insurance companies as part of doing business and I have never had a response from any other office similar to this. This attitude is reflected in another review of this office.

I was referred to Dr. Milton for treatment of a mass in my jaw. He was very professional and thorough inquiring about all my medical history. He allowed me ample time to ask questions. The surgery was performed successfully and my pain was much less than I expected. I didn't even require that much pain medicine. I was surprised because I actually work as a recovery room nurse and have managed patients after similar surgeries. I would recommend Dr. Milton for any major oral surgery procedures without hesitation. He seems to be a very genuine and caring person.
