Horrible experience with male hormone replacement. Very arrogant and not willing to listen, only concerned with money. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a very poor experience at my last PRP injection. The staff had some issues drawing my blood, but that was not a big deal. After taking the blood, they told me they would prepare the injections and return in 15-20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes, during which time no one came back to check on me, or tell me it was still being prepared, or offer me a glass of water. I finally had to open the door and voice my displeasure to someone in the hallway. I know this establishment prides itself on the "customer experience", and has undergone training with Ritz Carlton, but my last encounter was less than ideal, and I did not purchase additional treatments when asked.

Good guy, he is fair and really cares about his work to your satisfaction. Really like him a lot! Trust him with my life and my procedures to stand by his work!

Dr. Mok: My office visits were always as to be expected, the staff and all the doctors were very experienced and freiendly. From dodge times a person enters the room to exiting every question and medical procedure is in order, I thank this facility for all the help they gave me in thes past and in the future.

I had breast implants. Dr. Mok listened to what I wanted and gave his opinion. He did seem in a hurry but I think that is just the way he is. He did an excellent job and kept in contact with me about my concerns. His staff was very good as well. I would recommend Dr. Mok to anyone!

He is so rushed. He doesn't even seem to care. Walks into the room and is back out without even seeing if I have questions or concerns. Less than impressed.

Amanda Hickson was great and lovely staff she been so helpful and she helped to answer all my question in very comfortable .
