Dr. Charles Mok, DO

He Is Not There To Assist Patients and help them with their pain. He is there for a paycheck only, it is painfully obvious he has not desire to help you. You Would have a better chance seeing a toddler at a day care for help. I was in massive pain, the man told me I was injured "But Over the counter meds should be sufficent" I said I am in pain please can I have a muscle relaxer or something? he said "I cant do that, you are free to go back to work" I suffered for hours, I had to go the ER to see A Real doctor to get a shot, pain pills and a prescription. ER Doctor said I can tell you are in a lot of pain finally got help hours after seeing Dr. Mok. Dr Mok Is a joke, he is the WORST Doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. I begged him to help me he could have cared less, he would not even tell me why he would not help me. I cant understand why any hospital or clinic would want this guy to have him in their facility. Do yourself a favor! Don't waste your time with him. … He is Just AWFUL and his bed side manner is repulsive.

Title says it all... the man is obnoxious, confrontational, and incredibly difficult to contact. Would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Mok has absolutely NO manners let alone bedside. He was extremely rude to me when I was in that office for nearly 4 hours for what was supposed to be a simple physical/drug screen. I am not sure if he speaks condescendingly to all patients, but if I has to guess I would say he does. I suppose he can get away with it when he works at an office where the patients have no choice on who they see because the company they work for sends them there. Awful.

EXTREMELY Horrible experience here I hurt myself at work was in massive pain, I am already a disabled person and I saw this guy named Dr. Mok. I have no idea why he became a doctor he is unprofessional he could careless if you are in pain. He told me to take over the counter pain meds. The next day after seeing him I could hardly stand or walk. I was carried literally to the emergency room and I finally got to see a real doctor with an excellent Bedside Manner I was given two shots for pain and given Norco for pain later and strong muscle relaxers. I actually started to feel better after leaving the emergency room. Dr. Mok is a horrible , uncaring , unprofessional doctor. He works for the company that hired him and not the actual patient. Dr. Mok is a complete waste of time! I speak from experience.
